Active Ingredient: Ivermectin

Ivermectin is a prescription medication. Do not take ivermectin without a prescription from a licensed physician.
Common side effects: Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, dizziness, drowsiness, fatigue, loss of appetite, itching, rash, and hives.
Serious side effects: Seizures, severe confusion, trouble standing or walking, fainting, fast heartbeat, vision changes, difficulty breathing, worsening of asthma, or other signs of a severe allergic reaction, severe blistering or peeling skin reactions, and signs of liver problems (yellowing of skin or eyes, dark urine, persistent nausea). If any of these occur, stop the medication and seek emergency care.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding: Do not take oral ivermectin if you are pregnant or may become pregnant. Animal studies have shown a risk of birth defects, and safety in pregnancy has not been established. If you are breastfeeding, talk to your physician first, as ivermectin passes into breast milk in small amounts.
Drug and food interactions: Tell your physician and pharmacist about all medications and supplements you take, especially blood thinners (such as warfarin), and certain antifungal, HIV, or seizure medications, which can change how ivermectin works. Avoid grapefruit juice. Take oral ivermectin on an empty stomach with water unless your physician tells you otherwise, as taking it with a high-fat meal can increase absorption and the risk of side effects.
Contraindications and precautions: Do not take ivermectin if you have a known allergy to ivermectin or any of its components. Tell your physician if you have liver disease, as ivermectin is processed by the liver. Safety has not been established in children weighing less than 33 lbs (15 kg). Veterinary formulations of ivermectin are not safe for human use
Storage: Store below 86°F (30°C) in a tightly closed container, away from light and moisture. Keep out of the reach of children and pets. Do not share your medication, and do not use it after the expiration date on the label.
Overdose: In case of a suspected overdose, call Poison Control (1-800-222-1222) or 911 immediately.
