What's the difference between the formulas?

ParoxetineRx and ParoxetineRx Plus are 2-ingredient formulas (Paroxetine + Tadalafil) — Plus has a higher Paroxetine dose (40mg vs 20mg) for stronger PE support. ParoxetineRx Max is our 4-in-1 formula that adds Sildenafil and Apomorphine for maximum ED support. Max Double provides a double dose per capsule.

How is Paroxetine different from Dapoxetine?

Both are SSRIs used for PE. Dapoxetine was designed as a fast-acting, on-demand PE treatment (1-2 hours before activity) but is not FDA-approved in the U.S. and has limited availability. Paroxetine is FDA-approved (not for PE, but for depression/anxiety), has decades of safety data, and clinical studies show it produces comparable or stronger ejaculation delay. Paroxetine is taken 3-4 hours before activity.

Is Paroxetine as effective as Dapoxetine for PE?

Yes. A 2014 comparative study found that on-demand Paroxetine and 60mg Dapoxetine produced similar improvements in ejaculatory latency. Meta-analyses have shown Paroxetine produces approximately an 8.8x increase over baseline.

How do I take ParoxetineRx?

Take one capsule 3-4 hours before expected sexual activity, with or without food. Do not take more than one capsule in 24 hours

What are the side effects?

The most common side effects are injection site reactions (redness, mild irritation), joint pain, and mild swelling. These are typically mild and temporary. Serious side effects are rare. What should I tell my doctor before starting?

Inform your doctor about heart problems, high or low blood pressure, eye conditions, liver or kidney disease, mental health history, seizure history, or if you take MAO inhibitors, nitrates, blood thinners, or other SSRIs.

What should I avoid while taking ParoxetineRx?

Avoid alcohol (causes low blood pressure and dizziness with Sildenafil/Tadalafil), grapefruit products, nitrate medications, MAO inhibitors, and other ED medications unless directed by your physician.

What if I take too much?

Overdose increases risk of severe nausea, vomiting, dizziness, tremor, or erections lasting 4+ hours (priapism). Seek emergency medical attention immediately.

How should I store it?

Store in original container at controlled room temperature (68-77 F). Keep out of reach of children and pets.
