This policy explains how Strut Health, LLC ("Strut," "we," "us") collects, uses and shares consumer health data, as Washington's My Health My Data Act defines it, and how you can use your rights under that law. It applies if you live in Washington or if we collect your consumer health data in Washington. Our Privacy Policy covers everything else.
"Consumer health data" means personal information that is linked or reasonably linkable to you and identifies your past, present or future physical or mental health. That includes information that shows you're seeking care, and health information we or others could infer from other data.
1. Consumer health data we collect, and why

| Body measurements and vital signs | Height, weight, BMI, and blood pressure where a treatment needs it | Same as above |

| Information that identifies you as seeking care | Your name, date of birth, contact and shipping details, and your account, when linked to the data above | To run your account, ship orders, verify your identity, and contact you about your care |

We use this for ads and analytics only with your consent. |
We don't collect precise location, genetic data or biometric data.
We also use consumer health data to keep our services safe, prevent fraud, and meet our legal duties.
2. Where we get it
- From you, when you take an online visit, create an account, order, or message us.
- From your browser or device, through cookies, pixels and similar tools, and our server logs.
- From the licensed providers who treat you, such as diagnoses, prescriptions and treatment notes.
- From a pharmacy, such as fill and shipping status.
- From labs, such as your test results.
- From advertising and affiliate partners, such as which ad or partner link brought you to us.
- From service providers that collect it for us, such as the company that runs our online visit.
3. Consumer health data we share, and who we share it with
| Who we share with | What we share | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Licensed providers (independent medical practices) who treat you | Your online visit answers, photos, lab results, messages, and identity and contact details | To evaluate and treat you |

| Advertising partners (Google, Microsoft, TikTok, Reddit, X) | Cookie and device IDs, IP address, ad click IDs, the address and title of the pages you visit, and actions like a visit, signup or order (with an order number, amount and item IDs). Not your answers or your email. | To measure our ads. Only with your consent. |
| Analytics partners (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) | Cookie and device IDs, IP address, and how you use our sites | To understand and improve our sites. Only with your consent. |
| Affiliate and marketing partners (Impact, RevOffers, AddShoppers) | Partner link IDs, and whether you signed up or ordered, with an order number, amount and item IDs | To credit and pay partners who refer you. Only with your consent. |

| A buyer or successor | The data involved in the deal | If we merge, sell or reorganize the business |
We don't sell consumer health data.
Ad partners see the pages you visit and can link a signup or order to the ad you clicked, and our pages and some of our ads name a treatment. So an ad partner may be able to infer the kind of treatment you were interested in. That's why we ask for your consent first.
4. Your rights and how to use them
