EXPERT INSIGHT
“What sets our hair loss formula apart is the multi-ingredient approach, designed to address hair thinning from every angle, from blocking the hormones that drive follicle shrinkage to boosting circulation and supporting regrowth. It combines Spironolactone, Finasteride, Minoxidil, Tretinoin, and Biotin in one compounded topical, and your healthcare provider may adjust the strengths to fit your goals.”

Simal Patel, MD
Founder and CEO at Strut Health
Strut Women's Hair Growth Formula is a provider-prescribed compounded topical that combines Spironolactone, Finasteride, Minoxidil, Tretinoin, and Biotin in a single nightly dropper. It is designed to be personalized to your scalp and your goals.*
Spironolactone, Finasteride, Minoxidil, Tretinoin, and Biotin in a compounded topical base. Fluocinolone may also be included based on your provider's recommendation.
Spironolactone and Finasteride may help block DHT at the follicle. Minoxidil may support blood flow and nutrient delivery to the scalp. Tretinoin and Biotin may support absorption and hair shaft strength.*
Apply daily to dry, clean hair. Wash your hands after application. Allow the formula to dry thoroughly, then wash it off in the morning or after at least 4 hours.
Yes. The formula is compounded to your prescription. A Strut provider reviews your intake and may adjust the active strengths and ingredients to fit your scalp, your goals, and your tolerance.
It may take 2 to 4 months to begin seeing results, and up to 6 to 12 months for full results. Consistency is the most important variable.*
Share any history of scalp conditions, sensitivities to topical medications, current prescriptions, pregnancy or breastfeeding status, and any history of low blood pressure or fainting.
Itching, burning, redness, flaking, dryness, scaling, peeling, stinging, changes in hair color or texture, irritation at the application site, and increased sun sensitivity. See the safety information on this page.
It depends on the treatment. Share any topical or oral hair-loss treatments you already use with your Strut provider, who can review your routine.
Do not use if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding. Finasteride-containing medications carry risk of fetal harm and must be avoided in those scenarios.
The online visits are typically complimentary. You only pay for the medication if a Strut provider determines treatment is appropriate.
Every formula we offer is prescribed by a licensed medical provider and filled by a U.S. licensed pharmacy. Our team is here to help you find a treatment that fits your needs and to answer questions throughout the process.
