What is Strut O Cream?

Strut O Cream is a physician and pharmacist formulated combination of medications that help increase blood flow to the clitoral and vaginal area. Strut O Cream may help enhance female sexual satisfaction by improving ease of stimulation, lubrication, sensitivity, and intensity of orgasms.

What is a compounded medication?

A compounded medication is a prescription that is mixed up specifically for you based on your doctor’s request for a specific strength and dosage form. Compounded medications are not manufactured, but made in compounding pharmacies that follow a formula ‘recipe’ customized to your condition to create an individualized medication for you.

How does Strut O Cream work?

Strut O Cream combines prescription and non-prescription ingredients to increase blood flow and sensitivity of the area to enhance sensation and sensitivity during sexual activity for women. Sildenafil is the generic form of Viagra which increases blood flow to the application area. Pentoxifylline is a vasodilator medication that helps increase blood flow. Arginine (L-Arginine) is a naturally occurring amino acid that increases blood flow. Ergoloid Mesylates are alkaloids which are blood flow enhancers.

How much Strut O Cream is included in each pump?

Each order will provide 12 grams (12 ml) of Strut O Cream. Each pump delivers approximately 0.15ml, which is about 75-80 pumps to use based on your sensitivity level. If you require additional medication with each delivery, you can refill your prescription early or ask your physician for a larger quantity for an additional fee.

How should I use Strut O Cream?

Use this medication only on the vaginal and clitoral area as needed before sexual activity. This formula should be applied directly to the clitoris at least 30 minutes prior to anticipated sexual activity and gently massaged in. Dispense 6-8 pumps of the medication onto cream hands (or less if you find that works for you), then take a good 10-30 seconds to massage the medication into the clitoral and vulva area. You may experience warmth, redness, or a tingling feeling, which is normal. Do not use on irritated areas or open wounds. Avoid using this medication on the vaginal area if you currently have a yeast or bacterial infection, you may resume usage of this product once the infection clears. Wash your hands before and after applying formula.

Can I use O Cream if I am very prone to vaginal infections?

Everyone woman has different sensitivity levels when it comes to using new products on the vaginal area. Most women do not have any negative side effects from using the O Cream, and it is formulated in a gentle pharmaceutical-grade base. However, to help avoid the risk of irritation if you are very sensitive, you should make sure that you clean before application and after sexual activity with the cream. Also, be sure to not use the cream after the beyond-use-date printed on your prescription label, and apply only externally if you tend to be more sensitive to products in the vaginal area.

Can you receive oral sex after using Strut O Cream?

If oral sex is performed shortly after the cream is applied there is a chance that some of the medication may be ingested. We do not recommend oral sex shortly after application while the cream is not fully absorbed since this is not meant to be an oral medication and we don't know if oral ingestion can cause adverse effects or be unsuitable for your partner. However, if the cream is left to be fully absorbed (about 30 minutes) there are likely only negligible amounts of the medication still present on the skin and should not cause a problem for oral sex. If you like, you can wipe the application area with a clean cloth after the 30 minute absorption time to help remove any excess cream. If you know that your partner is allergic to any of the contained active or inactive ingredients, avoid oral contact completely.
